after Rwanda Crisis (the UN's first
major disaster web site) and
received Superior Honor Award for
fostering GDIN, the Global Disaster
Information Network, a project
proposed by Vice President Al Gore.
Former member of the SubCommittee on
Disaster Reduction, a body that
advised the President of the United
States on disaster related
technology. Represented the United
States in the Futures Project on
Risk Management Policies launched by
OECD (the Organization of Economic
Cooperation and Development) which
focused on projected systemic risks
in the 21st century, including
climate change. Joined
the World Society for the Protection
of Animals in October, 2005 and is
Editor in Chief of Climatecaucus.net

Former Armed Forces Network (AFN)
